I'm going to make an attempt at creating the student Council.

here's an over view of what I'll need and the time line:
Proposal: To show Gary/vote on
Policy: What the council will be incharge of and the commentments that come with it. The Procedure for meetings/ events.

They'd act as the students Liaison to the school's staff.  And be a group of people dedicated to the betterment of the school community and environment.
